Dennis R. Trenkenschuh

–

Yakima, Washington

Dennis Trenkenschuh went to his heavenly home on February 25, 2023, in Yakima, Washington. Born September 12, 1951, in Yakima, Washington, he was the son of the late George and Catherine Trenkenschuh. Saddened by the loss of our husband, dad, grandpa (papa), brother, and friend, we rejoice that he has reached his heavenly home.

Dennis met Vikki, the love of his life, and they married on March 29, 1980. They had two children, Daniel and Sarah.

He owned and operated a successful construction business, until the time of his retirement.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, time at the beach, and racing horses. Most of all, he enjoyed serving the Lord and being with family.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of almost 43 years, Vikki, along with his children, Daniel (Jamie) Trenkenschuh, Sarah (Mike) Parker, and four grandchildren, Kaeleigh, Isaiah, Emma, and Brantley. He is also survived by sisters, Linda, Debbie, and Shari, and many nieces and nephews.

Dennis lived a full life and was very loved by his family and all that knew him. This is not goodbye, but well see you later!

A Viewing will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023, at Shaw & Sons Funeral Home (201 N. 2nd Street, Yakima, WA 98901), from 10:00am-3:00pm. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 10:30am, at Tahoma Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will follow, at 2:00pm, at Breakthrough Church.
