John Daniel Jackson Obituary (2024)

John Daniel Jackson, age 66, passed unexpectedly with family and his beloved dogs at home in Parker, Washington, on November 24, 2024. He was born April 11, 1958 to Raymond and Barbara Jackson in Yakima, Washington. John grew up in Parker, Washington and attended Wapato School District. He enjoyed going camping with family, watching football and spur of the moment outings to try new places to eat. He also enjoyed going to Lincoln City, OR and Seaside, OR. He loved the beach and little day trips wherever he and his wife decided to go. Or just simply being home with his wife and dogs. He met the love of his life, Maria E. Jackson in 1982. They spent 42 years together as of December 2, 2024. He was employed by Hills RV for over 20 years and was set to retire in December of 2024. He is proceeded in death by his parents Raymond and Barbara Jackson, two brothers, Raymond and Howard Jackson and his grandmother. He is survived by his wife Maria E. Jackson (Parker, WA) his four children, Salvador Martinez (Parker, WA.), Lisa Baugher, (Gleed, WA.), Gary Jackson (Yakima, WA.) and John Jackson Jr. (Yakima, WA.). He was blessed with his grandchildren, Aracely Martinez, Lionel Venegas, Hunter Baugher, Jessica Jackson, and Jacob Jackson whom he all loved very much. A viewing will be held Monday, December 2, 2024 from 1-5 p.m. at Shaw and Sons Funeral Home in Yakima, WA. A private family gathering will be held after the viewing.
