It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Maria (Olga) C. Roman, age 64. She passed on February 7, 2025, surrounded by those she loved most. Olga was born May 25, 1960, in Los Sauces, Guerrero, Mexico, to Bruno Roman and Aurora Montes De Oca. Olga joins her beloved husband, Rodolfo Montoya-Salgado, who preceded her in death. Olga, as many knew her, was known for her kindness, generosity, and warm heart. She had an unwavering love for her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She was a constant source of support for all who knew her. In her spare time, Olga enjoyed cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family. Olga is survived by her two children, Brenda Montoya-Roman and Lucero Montoya-Roman and husband Gustavo Montes De Oca, her three grandchildren, Zidel L. Montes De Oca, Gisela C. Montes De Oca, and Eliana B. Montes De Oca. Con profunda tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Maria (Olga) C. Roman, de 64 anos. Fallecio el 7 de Febrero de 2025, rodeada de aquellos a quienes mas amaba. Olga nacio el 25 de mayo de 1960 en Los Sauces, Guerrero, Mexico, hija de Bruno Roman y Aurora Montes De Oca. Olga se reune con su querido esposo, Rodolfo Montoya-Salgado, quien la precedio en la muerte. Olga, como muchos la conocian, era conocida por su amabilidad, generosidad y su amable corazon. Tenia un amor inquebrantable por su familia, especialmente por sus hijos y nietos. Fue una fuente constante de apoyo para todos los que la conocieron. En su tiempo libre, Olga disfrutaba de cocinar, jardineria y pasar tiempo con su familia. Olga deja atras a sus dos hijas, Brenda Montoya-Roman; Lucero Montoya-Roman y su esposo Gustavo Montes De Oca; sus 3 nietos, Zidel L. Montes De Oca, Gisela C. Montes De Oca, y Eliana B. Montes De Oca. A Viewing will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025, from 4:00-7:00pm, with a Vigil at 6:00pm, at Shaw & Sons Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 10:00am, at St. Joseph Catholic Church followed by a Graveside Service at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
