Rose Louise Hamilton

Rose Louise Hamilton, 82, passed away peacefully with her loved ones by her side on June 27, 2016, in Yakima, WA. Rose was born May 10, 1934, in Boise, ID, to Caroline (Reiss) and Rudolph Jantz. On Nov. 24,1957, Rose married the love of her life Harold (Bud) O. Hamilton and soon after started their family.
To all who knew her, she was a caring, giving and spiritual person. She made a friend with everyone she met and could carry on a conversation for hours with people she just met. She loved sewing, arts and crafts, volunteering for fundraisers with her church, anything to do with flowers, interacting with Dogs for the Deaf Inc. program and traveling; especially to Holden Village, WA.

Rose's surviving family includes her three sons: Roger, Karl (Kristine), and Paul (Shauna) Hamilton; sister: Lena (Ken); Brothers: John (Myrna), Kenny (Linda) and Al (Marie) Jentz; grandchildren: Kristen and Megan Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her parents: Rudolph and Caroline Jantz; husband: Harold (Bud) and her infant son: Bruce Hamilton.
She will be missed by the many hearts she touched. The family would like to say Thank You to Memorial Hospice, the staff at Living Care, Dr. Kakkar, her church family, Camie her wonderful hair stylist, and all who helped with mom's care over her time of need.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Shaw & Sons Funeral Directors, 201 N. 2nd St. Funeral Services will be on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 11:00 am also at Shaw & Sons. Viewing will be held in Boise, ID at 9:00 am at Cloverdale Funeral Home, Cemetery and Crematory
1200 North Cloverdale Road, Boise, ID 83713; fallowed by a graveside service and burial on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at Noon at Dry Creek Cemetery.
