Ross T. Matson

Born on November 21, 1950. Passed away on August 4, 2026, with his wife and daughter by his side.

Ross loved any type of machinery whether that was in the fruit business, tanks in the military or his custom machinery design.

Ross was an avid Harley enthusiast, owning eight different styles at various times.
Ross enjoyed his stint with Yakima County Search & Rescue. He loved to be outdoors whether it was snow or water skiing, boating, snowmobiling, hang gliding and flying his hovercraft.

He was born and raised in Selah and spent his entire life as a member of the Selah Community.

Ross will be greatly missed and remembered by his family and all those who knew him for his independent nature and adventurous spirit. We will cherish the memory of him and our time spent together.

He is survived by his wife, Jacquie, daughter, Shelley (Nick), stepchildren, Angela & Nicholas. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Barbara, and brothers, Roy and Les.
