Teresa June Buck, known affectionately as “Wisapum,” passed away peacefully on March 4th, 2026, at the age of 41. She spent her final moments surrounded by the deep warmth and love of her family, who now carry on her memory. Born on June 17th, 1984, in Toppenish, WA., to Carmen and Kenneth Buck, Teresa dedicated her life to being a devoted mother, sister, and auntie. She was the heart of her family, known for her silly humor, her deep connection to the mountains, and her role as a fierce, loving protector of her children and all her nieces and nephews. Teresa found immense joy in her artistry, expressing her love through beadwork, cedar work, and handmade scented soaps. She was especially known for the intricate leis she crafted for graduating students—lasting tokens of her kindness that many will cherish for years to come. Her creative spirit and craftsmanship leave behind a beautiful legacy.
