Office Manager/ Funeral Director

Taylor was born and raised in the Yakima Valley in a large Catholic family, where she learned early the importance of faith, compassion, and service to others. She attended St. Paul’s Grade School and graduated from La Salle High School, class of 2012. After high school, she earned her Associate’s Degree from Yakima Valley College before continuing her education at the University of Washington, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Communications. Following college, Taylor spent time as a stay-at-home mother before working in public relations at a local spa. In 2017, she joined the Shaw & Sons Funeral Home team as a secretary and, through dedication and a genuine care for families, grew into her current role as Office Manager. After completing her internship, she became a licensed Funeral Director and Life Insurance Agent in 2023. Taylor believes that developing strong, meaningful relationships is at the heart of serving families during their most difficult times. She is honored to help guide families through the planning process with compassion, patience, and attention to detail. Outside of work, you can find Taylor in her "Basketball Mom Era" at the gym with her daughter, Charli, or snuggled up at home with a good book/movie and a mimosa. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and embracing any spontaneous life adventures that come her way.
